The Ellwood House Museum will host an opening reception for its new “Arts in Action” exhibit on Saturday, June 28 from 6:30-8pm. The exhibition explores the diverse history of DeKalb County through works by local artists, archival research, and oral histories. Text will be available in English and Spanish.

“Arts in Action” began as a collaboration between the Ellwood House Museum and the DeKalb County History Center in 2020 with a goal to tell the area’s history more accurately and inclusively. The project’s resources and more information can be found at www.createchange.today.
